The following is a comprehensive list of books and tapes about the Enneagram by nearly 30 authors. The selections are listed alphabetically by author. The following short cuts point to the works of these particular authors: Baron and Wagele, Kathleen V. Hurley and Theodore E. Dobson, Margaret Keyes, Helen Palmer, Claudio Naranjo, Don Riso, Richard Rohr.
Baron and Wagele
Good material presented in a quick and easy way to grasp. Great cartoons that effectively illustrate differences in the types. Light on narrative and big on bulleted and numbered lists. Baron, a therapist, is a Point Two and Wagele, an illustrator and writer, is a Point Five. Book has interesting chart correlating the Enneagram and the MBTI. Also, see Wagele, below.
This is the second book by the co-authors Baron and Wagele and it follows the same format as the first, i.e., light on narrative and big on lists and illustrations. The book is effective in making its points.
